Brockdin brings his diverse media background to each Catchlight project. Brockdin's professional experience includes radio presenting & programming (96dot1), music press journalism and audio engineering.

Since his exposure to the internet in 1995, he has become a multi award-winning website designer, has designed internationally and has taught tertiary level multimedia. Brockdin remains passionate and committed to quality in web design.

Brockdin has only been using Drupal since early 1999, and has since worked on Smokefree Rockquest 2009, Mainland Real Estate.co.nz, Business Point and several other Drupal websites, mainly as a themer and administrator.

The Catchlight website is currently being re-built in Drupal 6.

Brockdin is currently a member of the band The Isolationists. He enjoys at least one cup of coffee per day (everyday) and is quietly working away at his barista skills. Brockdin has a personal blog about shipping containers used in housing construction.
